• Manage and organize inbound communications and reporting
• Oversee project management of cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
• Define and document operational processes related to launches and ongoing initiatives

• Strong experience in the advertising or loyalty industry
• Education in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications
• Experience with meeting preparation and documentation of action items
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Proven ability to manage workflows across multiple teams

• Experience supporting media campaigns and managing reporting workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of communication
• Familiarity with process improvement and documentation practices
