• Run tentpole conference programs end-to-end, managing timelines and vendor coordination.
• Iterate the event playbook through comprehensive planning templates and post‑mortems.
• Drive conversion post‑events by coordinating lead routing and follow‑up sequences.
• Execute partner field programs with strategic partners to create new demand.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver cohesive event experiences.
• Track KPIs and improve performance through data analysis and learning loops.

• 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing and events, ideally in high‑growth SaaS.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable impact through events.
• Strong execution experience across diverse event types.
• Excellent skills in cross‑functional collaboration and partnership.
• High standards in project and vendor management for optimal event execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make timely, quality decisions.
• Effective communicator for managing stakeholders and aligning teams.
