Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support communications, digital content, and franchise collaboration across a growing national brand.

This role provides direct exposure to SEO strategy, AI-driven content workflows, and brand-level marketing operations. The ideal candidate combines strong writing ability with organizational discipline and professional judgment.

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with the marketing team to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities Content & Brand Execution
  • Draft and refine content for websites, blogs, social media, and internal communications
  • Assist with SEO implementation and content optimization
  • Review content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support updates within Word Press, Mailchimp, and other digital platforms
Franchise & Team Coordination
  • Communicate with Franchise Owners and Home Office team members
  • Manage timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensure follow-through
  • Gather information and translate it into clear, actionable communication
  • Represent the marketing team in cross-functional collaboration
Marketing Operations Support
  • Maintain organized documentation and shared resources
  • Assist with reporting and performance data analysis
  • Support collateral development and brand marketing initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
  • Demonstrates strong written communication and marketing content development skills
  • Understands and applies Puro Clean’s brand voice consistently
  • Manages appropriate tasks independently
  • Communicates professionally with Franchise Owners and internal stakeholders
  • Shows interest in learning about SEO, AI tools, and evolving search trends
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Professional communication style and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
  • Comfort learning technical platforms (Word Press, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Interest in AI tools and how search is evolving
  • Self-motivated with long-term growth mindset
