Reporting to the Marketing Manager;
Online & Digital Marketing, this person be instrumental in executing, monitoring, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various online channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Other marketing related tasks includes performing various administrative and operational tasks, aiding in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Management:- Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Onsite Retail Media, Offsite Retail Media, social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads) and Display Advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelance contributors, and internal teams (e.g., sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the research and identification of potential content creators by scouring social media platforms, blogs, and industry-specific forums; involves looking at follower count, engagement rates, content quality, and audience demographics to find suitable candidates based on established criteria.
- Help in drafting initial outreach messages, scheduling calls or meetings, and maintaining organized records of communication with potential and engaged content creators.
- Ensure content creators have all necessary product information, brand guidelines, key messages, and creative briefs. Be the point of contact for day-to-day enquires and feedback regarding content creation.
- Track content creators’ posts as they go live, ensuring adherence to the brief, brand messaging.
- Collection and organization of data from related campaigns such as reach, impressions, engagement rates , website clicks, and conversions, using social media platform insights and/or via partner agencies and/or analytics tools.
- Nurture positive relationships with content creators through timely communication, appreciation for their work, and ensure products are received or payment efficiently.
- Stay updated on latest trends in influencer marketing, new social media features, and emerging content creators within relevant niches to suggest new opportunities to the Marketing Manager;
Online & Digital Marketing.
- Contribute to the development and management of the social media content calendar and schedule posts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook).
- Assist in creating engaging and on-brand digital content, including ad copy and social media captions.
- Actively monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and community management.
- Track performance and analyze social media metrics using platform insights and/or via partner agencies and/or analytics tools.
- Execute and manage paid social media campaigns , ensuring a smooth run and potentially making minor optimizations based on guidance from the Marketing Manager;
Online & Digital Marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and platform-specific insights.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and consumer behavior insights.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and campaigns that addresses the impact of the Digital and Online sphere.
- Coordinate the production and timely delivery of all point-of-sale (POS) materials and physical signage for a curated selection of brands.
- Assist the broader Marketing Team with other duties as assigned and/or required by the management.
- Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 1 year working experience in a marketing function, preferably in the Beauty industry)
- Proficient in MS Office; especially with focus on Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good copywriting and copy-editing skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
