We’re looking for a Media Buyer – Meta Ads to join our performance team and help drive significant e‑commerce growth. Based in our Indonesia office in a hybrid capacity, you will manage a US $200 k monthly budget and focus on scaling revenue by testing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will receive support and guidance as you manage ad accounts and implement high‑impact advertising strategies, while working independently whenever necessary.
Responsibilities- Build and launch ads at scale across multiple ad accounts
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager to drive e‑commerce sales
- Monitor daily performance and make real‑time optimisation adjustments to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to implement strategies and report findings
- Execute A/B tests on creative assets and audience segments to identify high‑performing combinations
- Manage budgets of approximately US $200 k monthly to ensure alignment with performance goals
- Pull campaign insights and build detailed reports to track progress against revenue goals
- Perform basic copywriting, adapting website listings into ad texts
- Create briefings for the creative team to iterate on best‑performing ads
- Hands‑on experience in paid media execution for e‑commerce, specifically with Meta Ads Manager
- Proven ability to manage multiple ad accounts while applying optimisation best practices
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency with platform data and spreadsheets to extract actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs to maintain campaign operations
- Fluency in English, with experience working with international or US‑based brands
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a team environment and asking for help when needed
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency with digital tools such as Google Sheets and task trackers
- Willingness to learn and grow within the performance marketing space
- Familiarity with e‑commerce attribution tools such as Triple Whale and Shopify
- Experience with creative reporting tools such as Atria, Motion or Magic Brief
