- Lead the development and execution of the global marketing strategy for RMS Services, focusing on pipeline health and demand generation
- Own the demand generation strategy, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion across various channels
- Provide strategic direction for integrated marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop sales enablement tools to enhance business development effectiveness and align with competitive dynamics
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve pipeline health and inform strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive commercial marketing experience in life sciences, CRO, biotech, or pharma services
- Strong preference for experience in marketing RMS-relevant services
- Demonstrated experience in demand generation and lifecycle nurturing with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific value into customer-relevant messaging
- Experience influencing and operating across global regions
- People leadership experience (direct and/or matrixed)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and KPI definitions
