Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the growth and activation of ASICS' OneASICS membership programme across Europe. In this role, you'll help deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate cross-channel activations and contribute to improving customer engagement, retention and acquisition.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Please note that this position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Act as a day-to-day operational point of contact for loyalty-related activities across Europe.
• Support the planning and execution of OneASICS campaigns across digital and offline channels (CRM, paid media, E-Commerce, Retail and sponsored events).
• Lead and manage the loyalty program activation calendar and coordinate campaign timelines across teams and markets.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (CRM, eCommerce, Retail, Brand) and external agencies to brief, develop, and deliver campaign assets.
• Lead media planning and budget tracking in collaboration with performance and creative agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance, support A/B testing, and share insights to improve acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchase.
• Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines, legal requirements, and customer experience standards.

You have the following skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, eCommerce, and/or loyalty programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Interest in data, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Strong English language and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
