The Role

We are hiring a Senior SEO Executive to join our team of SEO specialists in delivering exceptional SEO for a range of local, national and international clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEO executive who can take a clear strategic approach to creating campaigns that drive results to help our clients achieve their targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking all on‑page optimisation, technical SEO improvement recommendations, performance review and link building for a variety of small/medium SEO clients.
  • Building relationships with existing clients, including regular calls and face‑to‑face meetings, ensuring they are happy with their account’s performance and expectations are met.
  • Carrying out in‑depth website audits to formulate effective SEO strategies across content, technical and off‑page areas.
  • Proficient in relevant SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) and Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics and Tag Manager).
  • Handling technical SEO tasks (e.g. XML sitemaps, redirections, mobile optimisation), and sharing relevant recommendations with the web development teams.
  • Creating and presenting campaign reports, with a strong quantitative approach to traffic measurement and lead generation.
  • Undertaking backlink audits & collaborating toward/managing white‑hat link‑building campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:

    A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years SEO experience. A background in B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and techniques and the latest Google updates is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience in using different CMSs, including Word Press, Shopify and Magento.
  • Experience with on‑page, off‑page and content SEO‑oriented strategies, in line with other relevant marketing channels.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great analytical & research skills.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

Remuneration
  • Salary dependent on experience.
  • Full time – 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.
  • 28 days paid annual leave per annum (including Bank Holidays).
  • 3 days paid leave during the Christmas and New Year shutdown.
  • A paid day off for your birthday (to be taken within your birthday month).
  • Additional holiday days accrued for length of service (1 extra day per year).
  • 1 paid well‑being day per year.
  • 1 week work from anywhere without using annual leave.
