Job Summary


This role provides support to the Marketing field force through accurate processing of hiring documents, personnel changes, and service center transfers. You will assist with marketing initiatives, help prepare materials and presentations, and support internal and external communications. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills, solid communication abilities, and a professional, detail oriented work style.

Responsibilities
  • Correct and timely processing of Marketing field force hiring kits, terminations, and service center transfers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all lines of business and work with agents on policy requests
  • Assist the Agency Field Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist in the implementation and execution of various Alfa Agency marketing initiatives
  • Assist the Agency Field Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist in preparation of Home Office school materials and presentations
  • Assist the Agency Field Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist in preparation of internal and external communications
  • Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, attitude, attire, attendance, tolerance, cooperation, and conduct
Qualifications
  • Prior insurance experience a plus
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work well with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Graphic design capabilities a plus
  • Process thinker; problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
