Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to support execution of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale channel marketing strategies and campaigns across all brands. This candidate will be responsible for bringing tactics to life across multiple marketing channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, execute and measure channel marketing campaigns that support overall business objectives.
- Builds and maintains the annual marketing calendar, based on the defined strategic annual brand plans.
- Supports project planning meetings to keep the broader cross-functional team informed of project status and changes in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures that affected cross-functional teams are involved and informed at the right time throughout project process, in partnership with the Marketing Operations team.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to make efficient use of the organization capabilities and to maximize impact. Works closely with Ecommerce, Revenue Operations, Sales, agency partners, marketing operations, marketing (creative, media, etc.) and others to execute channel marketing campaigns and programs.
- Support internal partners and external agencies to create and deliver project marketing assets. This includes but is not limited to things like social media or email marketing campaigns, videos, web/digital tools, and other brand and product marketing efforts within the Direct to Consumer and Wholesale channels.
- Collects project data, hindsight information and competitive analysis information across marketing channels to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives that improve return on investment.
- Processes marketing vendor invoices, tracking against annual brand budgets.
MINIMUM
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of marketing responsibilities required
- Proven experience as a coordinator or specialist role in a brand, or channel of marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of study a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented; ability to take on projects with some ambiguity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; adept at successfully integrating internal and external resources within a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to project manage to meet deadlines while delivering quality results.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional marketing efforts
- Experiences with digital channel marketing program and content development
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to keep up-to-date on consumer trends and behaviors
Work Environment:
This position follows a Hyflex work model, providing the flexibility of remote work alongside intentional in‑office collaboration for “Moments that Matter” and key business needs. Upon hire, must be located within a commutable distance to Red Wing, MN.
Occasional travel required
