About Commercial Excellence:
The Health Edge Commercial Excellence function includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. These three organizations, combined as the Commercial Excellence function, are responsible for meeting the business’s annual and long-term financial objectives, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and increasing Health Edge brand awareness and market visibility.
About the Internship Program:
Health Edge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Marketing team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover Health Edge weekly series.
Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, Linked In profiles, interview preparation, and more!
Your Impact
Competitive Intelligence Support
- Gather and synthesize competitive insights from key industry analyst partners (e.g., Gartner, IDC, KLAS, Everest).
- Build and maintain a centralized repository or working document that captures evolving market and competitor information.
- Ensure the repository remains current and accessible for cross‑functional teams.
PowerPoint & Design Support
- Assist with creating and refining PowerPoint presentations, including light design and formatting work.
- Help reduce the team’s PPT production workload so team members can focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Learn presentation best practices and design techniques.
Readiness Assessment Tool Expansion
- Learn the framework of the existing HRP readiness assessment tool.
- Support scaling the tool to include additional products and services across the portfolio.
- Incorporate input from product marketers to ensure the expanded tool is accurate, comprehensive, and user‑
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Power Point
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and extroverted, comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
