We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Growth Marketing Manager to design, test, and scale data‑driven strategies that fuel Bio Render’s self‑serve and enterprise funnels. You’ll own initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention, with a focus on experimentation and measurable impact. As our first Growth Marketer, you’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Biz Ops to uncover opportunities, optimize funnels, and run campaigns that directly influence Bio Render’s growth trajectory.

This role reports to the CMO.

• Define and lead growth strategy to increase lead volume and conversion across the PLG and enterprise funnel
• Develop, manage, and rigorously track a roadmap of growth experiments and funnel optimizations
• Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Biz Ops to develop funnel insights and execute on growth initiatives
• Partner with Product Growth team to optimization develop roadmap for core website, lead gen forms, and sign‑up workflows
• Partner with Sales to execute growth and lifecycle campaigns that generate incremental enterprise pipeline

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing in PLG
• Proven record of rapidly driving measurable growth through experimentation
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into strategy
• Hands‑on experience with growth channels (paid, email, SEO, referral, CRO, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments
• Highly cross‑functional and collaborative; you work well across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics
