• Own and execute content plans and editorial calendars for internal communications and customer community platforms
• Create compelling content to support strategic priorities and engage employees
• Plan and execute communications campaigns for key initiatives and product launches
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Manage logistics and content coordination for virtual events and internal awards

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Four or more years of experience in communications, marketing communications, or digital community support
• Proficient in using internal communications platforms; experience with the employer's platform preferred
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills with knowledge of AP Style guidelines
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders

• Ability to create graphics and edit video content
• Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities
• Growth mindset with a passion for employee and customer engagement
