The Advertising Media Manager is responsible for various advertising & content activities within the Etail (Ecomm/Retail) & Marketing departments. This role will assist Key Account & Marketing Managers in developing advertising strategies and content optimizations to support both Vetoquinol USA and its external accounts.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), implementation of strategic advertising initiatives, managing content, campaign execution (SEO, email, etc.), data analysis, reporting, and budget management. Special emphasis will be placed on Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Vetcove, Google Advertising, company DTC Shopify store, and consumer email marketing efforts through Klaviyo.

Essential Functions Advertising (eComm/Retail)
  • Develop and implement strategic advertising plans for Etail (Ecomm/Retail) accounts.
  • Analyzing advertising performance data with related ROAS & TACoS evaluations.
  • Optimizing existing listings and creation of new product listings on partner websites & own DTC website.
  • Collaborate with Key Account & Marketing Managers to align content with brand strategies.
  • Partner with Creative Services to develop digital assets tailored for Ecommerce and email channels.
  • Oversee and manage advertising/campaign budgets (optimize advertising expenditure).
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the best performing media assets to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Collaborate on Klaviyo email campaign creation and performance analysis.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and automated workflows to improve engagement & conversions.
  • Monitors the business environment to stay current on trends, growth objectives, competitive strategies, etc. to best leverage new, innovative partnering opportunities.
  • Maintains knowledge of competitive advertising activities and develops response strategies/tactics.
  • Compiles and maintains all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. related to assigned business.
  • Completion of advertising plans, content updates, and monthly reports related to managed assignments.
General/Administrative
  • Supports the company vision and mission and demonstrates the corporate core values in all professional activities.
  • Follows all safety requirements, work rules, and regulations.
  • All other duties as requested by management.
  • This is a remote position that can be performed anywhere in the USA.
  • Up to 40% of domestic/international travel is required to attend company meetings, account meetings, trade shows, and any other applicable travel requirements.
Basic Qualifications Education
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred Advertising, Ecommerce, Marketing, and/or Media focus.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
Experience
  • Experience and expertise with Ecommerce specific advertising platforms (Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Advertising, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and/or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content creation/optimization.
  • Experience with Retail marketing and digital omni-channel account campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through advertising strategy and optimization.
Skills
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Effective social skills and strong written/verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and ever evolving mindset regarding Etail (Ecomm/Retail) advancements, digital marketing, multichannel/omnichannel businesses, and analytics.
  • Proper communication internally & externally, including prompt reviews, email replies, & phone calls.
  • Collaborative, welcoming and able to work well in both a team and individual setting.
  • Technologically savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, Teams).
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, public speaking skills, and effective at remote presenting.
  • Meet all required deadlines and proper follow through on related assignments.
