We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Executive to join our fast-paced, growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around a year’s PR or communications experience who is ready to take the next step – building confidence, ownership and impact across a diverse portfolio of high-profile consumer and B2B brands.
You’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running of accounts, working closely with senior team members while taking increasing responsibility for media relations, content development and client servicing. This role is ideal for someone that is commercially aware, organised and hungry to progress within a dynamic agency environment.
What you’ll be doingMedia & Coverage Delivery
- Proactively pitching to media across national, lifestyle, food & drink and B2B titles, building and strengthening journalist relationships.
- Drafting high-quality press releases, comment pieces, features and media materials with minimal supervision.
- Identifying timely news hooks, trends and reactive opportunities to drive coverage.
- Monitoring and analysing coverage, competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Leading the preparation of weekly and monthly coverage reports with insight and commentary (not just metrics).
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients, confidently joining calls and meetings and owning follow-up actions.
- Managing trackers, coverage logs, timelines and budgets accurately and proactively flagging risks.
- Supporting campaign planning and contributing creative ideas that align with client objectives.
- Coordinating events, influencer outreach and creative activations, managing logistics end-to-end where appropriate.
- Supporting new business research and contributing to proposal development.
- Circa 1 year’s experience in PR, communications, journalism, marketing or social media (agency experience preferred).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce polished, accurate content at pace.
- Growing confidence pitching to media and building relationships independently.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how PR supports wider brand and business goals.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to take ownership.
- Curiosity, creativity and a desire to keep learning in a collaborative team environment.

Kith&Kind operates a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two working from home. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office three days per week.
