RolePurpose:
As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising email and SMS programmes for 303’s clients. You’ll work closely with our strategy, creative, and performance teams to deliver CRM that looks great, performs, and supports wider growth goals.
This is not a senior leadership role; it’s a hands‑on, execution‑focused position for someone with strong experience who wants to deepen their craft in a fast‑growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end‑to‑end email and SMS marketing for multiple DTC clients
- Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned browse/cart, post‑purchase, winback, loyalty, replenishment)
- Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with brand moments, launches, and promotions
- Segment audiences intelligently based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and value
- Ensure CRM activity aligns with each brand’s tone, positioning, and wider marketing strategy
- Primary responsibility for Klaviyo &
Attentive accounts across clients - Support and execute SMS
- Work with Hub Spot where relevant (B2C/B2B crossover clients)
- Maintain clean data, lists, and suppression logic across platforms
- Monitor and report on CRM performance (revenue, AOV, CVR, engagement, deliverability)
- Strong understanding of attribution models and how CRM fits into the wider marketing mix
- Work with paid media and analytics teams to assess incrementally and channel impact
- QA tracking, UTM structures, and event setups in collaboration with technical teams
- Work closely with 303’s creative team to:
- Brief and shape email & SMS creative
- Build high‑performing templates and modules
- Iterate on messaging, layout, and content based on performance
- Ensure emails are visually strong, on‑brand, and conversion‑focused
- Confident editing copy and sense‑checking creative before send
- Act as the day‑to‑day CRM contact for assigned clients
- Confidently explain performance, insights, and recommendations
Proactively suggest improvements, tests, and opportunities - Contribute to quarterly planning and growth roadmaps
- Experience:
- 2–4+ years of hands‑on CRM experience (agency or in‑house)
- Strong background working with DTC brands
- Experience with premium or luxury brands is a big plus
- Proven experience owning CRM channels, not just assisting
- Technical:
- Advanced working knowledge of Klaviyo
- Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive preferred)
- Familiarity with Hub Spot beneficial
- Solid understanding of:
- CRM metrics and benchmarks
- Attribution and tracking
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Ways of working:
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients
- Commercially minded — understands revenue impact, not just opens and clicks
- Collaborative and comfortable working with creatives, strategists, and media buyers
- Curious, proactive, and keen to improve systems and processes
- Nice to have:
- Experience A/B testing subject lines, creative formats, and flow logic
- Understanding of retention, LTV, and lifecycle marketing
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing
