We are seeking a Field & Event Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing and events strategy, manage a growing team, and drive high-quality lead generation through community engagement.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building teams, optimizing performance, and connecting brand strategy to real‑world execution.
Role OverviewThe Field & Event Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing K&H’s field marketing and event programs. This role leads a team of brand ambassadors, oversees event strategy and execution, and ensures consistent performance, messaging, and brand representation across all field initiatives.
This is a full‑time position with a hybrid work environment
, combining in‑office collaboration, remote work, and in‑field event leadership.
- Research, identify, and evaluate community events, home shows, and local opportunities where homeowners are present
- Build and execute a comprehensive field marketing and events strategy aligned with company goals
- Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of events, including applications, logistics, setup, staffing, and follow‑up
- Lead, hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of brand ambassadors
- Provide in‑field coaching and classroom‑style training on messaging, process, rebuttals, and best practices
- Actively participate in events and support appointment setting when needed
- Track lead flow, ensure accurate attribution, and maintain data integrity in CRM systems
- Monitor KPIs, assess performance, and adjust strategy and staffing as needed
- Develop forecasts, performance reports, and insights for leadership
- Manage field marketing budgets and program costs
- Ensure all team members are on‑brand in appearance, messaging, and customer interactions
- Approve timecards and support accurate payroll and incentive tracking
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations leadership
- Lead by example in the field and in the office
- Create accountability while fostering a positive, motivating team culture
- Develop talent through consistent coaching and feedback
- Communicate clearly and professionally across departments
- Drive results while maintaining alignment with K&H’s brand and values
- Proven experience (preferably 3‑5 years) managing a field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills
- Experience planning and executing high‑volume event programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess KPIs and optimize performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including events as needed
