About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Digital Marketing In-Product Campaign Manager to support global marketing campaigns for a leading gaming subscription platform. This role will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across console, PC, mobile, and cloud gaming experiences.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to bring campaigns to life inside the gaming platform and ensure a seamless experience for millions of gamers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution- Plan and execute 20+ digital marketing campaigns per month across in-product surfaces (console, PC, mobile, cloud).
- Develop campaign briefs including messaging, placement strategy, audience targeting, and timing.
- Coordinate with design teams on creative assets and messaging.
- Translate campaign plans into actionable work items for production teams via Azure Dev Ops/Jira or similar tools.
- Ensure flawless and timely campaign launches across global markets.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with business priorities such as game launches, promotions, and subscription growth.
- Work closely with engineering, programming, and content publishing teams to execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external game publisher partners.
- Recommend optimizations including audience targeting, messaging, and frequency caps.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation to improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Share performance insights and reporting with stakeholders.
- Create campaign decks and documentation for stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign calendars and execution timelines.
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for new team members.
- Develop repeatable campaign playbooks and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- 5+ years of copywriting/messaging and marketing project management experience.
- Experience working with developers, engineers, or CMS/content publishing teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Asana, or similar workflow systems.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, OTT platforms, subscription services, or digital products.
- Knowledge of lifecycle/CRM marketing, in-app messaging, or digital merchandising.
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market (GTM) planning.
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for video games and gaming culture.
