We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Skin Analysis Operations Specialist (Remote) to enhance the performance and efficiency of our Skin Analysis team. This role involves supporting client interactions, developing technical skills for analysts, and driving innovation in our product offerings and skincare logic systems. The ideal candidate will combine critical thinking, a strong skincare background.

• Assist in managing chat-based client communications to provide timely and accurate skin solutions.
• Support Skin Analysts (SAs) in critical thinking and analysis for tailored skincare routines and recommendations.
• Participate in consultations virtually as needed to gain deeper insights into specific client profiles and unique skin concerns.
• Research and source new products to expand the Befound Bshop product library.
• Build and maintain a robust skincare logic map and the Befound skincare Incidecoder, streamlining product recommendations based on ingredients and efficacy.
• Continuous improvements to refine systems and processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of skin analysis operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced tools and resources into the skin analysis workflow.

• Passionate about skincare and inquisitive about skincare ingredients.
• Strong background in skincare, dermatology, or a pharmaceutical field.
• Familiarity with skincare product ingredients, formulations, and their applications.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Able to work on rotating weeks (Mondays to Saturdays, Tuesdays to Saturdays).
