This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The Growth Strategist / Growth Marketing Manager will focus on expanding the brand's reach and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, planning marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, organizing events, and supporting sales efforts. The individual will also contribute to scaling the community through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Proficiency in Event Planning and Marketing
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in audience growth and engagement
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content promotion is a bonus
- Experience in the publishing, media, or podcasting industries is a plus
