The Content Marketing Intern will work in the Marketing department, including supporting the management and execution of our summer content calendar. This includes posting on our social media channels, writing copy, and developing simple designs for both internal and external use. The Content Marketing Intern will also help create and publish content on the company intranet.

This Internship has a target start date of May 18th, 2026 and a target end date of August 11th, 2026

Work Location & Schedule:

This is a remote position that requires occasional on-site days in our Exton, PA location. We are prioritizing candidates local to Exton, PA. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday for 30 hours/week.

How you will make an impact during this Internship:

• Support the management and execution of our summer content calendar
• Create and manage content and posts on various Social Media channels
• Write copy and developing simple designs for both internal and external use
• Assist with our monthly Hub Spot email recap
• Connect with internal stakeholders to gather information for our 2026 Team Member Spotlight and Testimonials project

• Gain hands-on experience in the daily workflow of a content and marketing role, from planning to execution
• Build practical skills in content creation, scheduling, and internal communication

Requirements

What you will need to qualify for ACR's Internship Program:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree at an accredited college or university
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to meet both the work location and work schedule requirements

What you will need to be successful in this Internship:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Currently a rising Senior or about to graduate in Spring 2026
• Prior Internship or Professional experience supporting work in content creation/management, social media posting and engagement
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Hub Spot preferred
• Experience with video editing a plus
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
