• Provide strategy and marketing support to Strategic Relationship Management teams in creating sales materials and leading marketing discussions
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external clients, focusing on exceptional customer service
• Identify and leverage marketing opportunities to drive product sales
• Develop and execute marketing programs for Card and Distribution Partners
• Forecast and analyze marketing programs, providing insights on key successes and optimization

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum of 5 years of retail, digital, and/or e-commerce marketing experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with financial institutions and retail clients
• Proven track record of developing launch strategies and go-to-market plans
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of prepaid products, incentives, and the payments market
• Familiarity with Allocadia and/or Workfront is a plus
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in marketing initiatives
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
