Marketing Executive (Digital & Ecommerce)
Monthly Basic Salary of SGD4,500. Plus further incentives on achievement of e‑marketplace sales targets.
Flexible working arrangements (work from home 2 weekdays a week. Other 3 weekdays in office). Our office is located in the Serangoon / Ang Mo Kio area.

The Marketing Executive will report to the Ecommerce Manager and will be a new addition to our large and supportive brand/marketing/ecommerce team of 16 team members.

Responsibilities- Support day-to-day management of Shopee and Lazada stores to drive sales and growth.
- Execute campaign submissions and platform promotions (e.g., 2.2, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, Payday). Set up vouchers, bundles, free shipping, flash deals, and promotional mechanics.
- Monitor store performance (traffic, conversion, AOV) and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with platform KAM/AM on campaign participation and visibility opportunities.
- Manage Shopee Ads (Search, Discovery) and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
- Execute keyword research, bidding, and budget optimisation to improve ROAS.
- Support paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Shopee CPAS.
- Track ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR) and prepare monthly reports.
- Set up promotions, bundles, and campaigns on Shopify backend.
- Manage EDMs (email marketing) and cross‑marketing banners.
- Coordinate SEO efforts with external freelancer/agency.
- Create monthly content decks and blog posts for brand marketing.
- Compile and analyse monthly digital sales performance reports.
- Coordinate campaign visuals and landing pages.
- Work with operations team to plan stock for campaigns and avoid OOS.
- Handle Shopify customer enquiries when required.
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully managing a large ecommerce mall store for FMCG products on Shopee. Please note that you will be required to provide evidence of this experience during the interview.
- Having skills related to responsibilities 2 through 4 can further boost your effectiveness in this role. While these skills aren't strictly necessary, since team members will be available to guide you, they are certainly beneficial.

Working Hours and Office LocationThis is a permanent full‑time position.
Regular working hours (Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6.30pm, and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm).
