Marketing Manager - Luxury Wellness Brand
London (Office based 4-5 days)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growth, wellness brand in London.
Since bursting onto the scene a few years ago, they have become a 'superbrand' in the wellness space! With a ground-breaking product that created its own niche, they've captured global attention, even catching the eyes of celebrities and cosmetic experts.
They are currently circa 40 people but are scaling rapidly – it's a fast‑paced environment with lots of growth opportunities! The team is close‑knit, the founder is actively involved, and while they prefer an office‑based setup, they are open to working from home one day a week.
This role will suit a senior marketing executive who is looking to take a step up into a managerial role – it will still be a very hands‑on role, so they need someone who is happy to be both hands‑on and strategic.
About the Role- Lead the execution of marketing strategies in their primary markets, aiming to drive brand awareness and conversions through a variety of events including online activations and larger offline activations.
- Collaborate with the CMO and wider marketing team to develop strategic plans for events, from conception to completion.
- Project management – oversee the timing, budget and deliverables for each activation.
- Collaborate with external agency partners and stakeholders to execute projects and activations effectively.
- Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Be the brand guardian – stick to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Analyse each activation measuring against overall brand goals and specific event goals – track engagement rates, conversion attribution and report on all activations.
- +3 years experience working in a marketing role
- Proven track record of nurturing a brand's growth and working to numerical targets such as engagement and conversion KPI's
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment is essential
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills and a team player
- Creative and ideas driven – you will be motivated by seeing ideas come to life
- Analytical – able to track and measure impact of marketing initiatives.
