This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Events & Partnerships - REMOTE. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the planning and execution of North American events and marketing programs. Your strategic leadership will impact revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships while enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional, skilled in executing data-driven strategies that align with both marketing and sales objectives.

Accountabilities
  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of 30+ annual events across North America.
  • Develop and evolve event strategies aligned with revenue goals and brand objectives.
  • Serve as the central owner of event strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Align audiences, messaging, and experiences with target personas and regional sales initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets, resources, vendors, contracts, and timelines for maximum ROI.
  • Evaluate and pursue new event opportunities and partnerships for growth.
  • Define success metrics and track performance using Salesforce and Hub Spot.
  • Ensure strong pre- and post-event execution with Sales collaboration.
  • Monitor ROI and pipeline contribution to inform investment decisions.
  • Present program performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop high-touch executive experiences for key stakeholders.
  • Own content and speaker strategy for events with a focus on customer storytelling.
  • Manage and mentor a Webinars & Campaigns Manager.
  • Partner with executive teams to lead strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with top integration partners and co-marketing opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years in events marketing or a related field, preferably within B2B tech.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing large-scale events with measurable impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for program optimization and investment decisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (
