This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Manchester, offering flexibility for some work from home. The Social Media & Influencer Junior Account Director will lead strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns and influencer collaborations to enhance clients’ brand visibility. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing social media content production, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities across platforms.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align strategies, securing partnerships with influencers, and consistently delivering exceptional results that align with client goals.
- Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations, with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including platform strategies, trends, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Influencer Marketing, including identifying, managing, and collaborating with influencers.
- Familiarity with Sales principles and the ability to develop strategic proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Proven track record in delivering successful campaigns and achieving client targets.
- Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a PR agency or similar setting is a plus.
