Take your career to new heights with Loopio! 🚀✨ Loopio is looking for an operations wizard to join our Marketing team as a Manager, Marketing Operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth, the Manager, Marketing Operations will be accountable for marketing automation, performance measurement, funnel operations, data governance, and technology strategy to ensure that Marketing delivers predictable, measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on operational expertise across the full revenue funnel.

This is a highly collaborative role that will work alongside various teams including Marketing, Rev Ops, Sales, CX and Product. The Manager, Marketing Operations will manage the end‑to‑end operational execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the marketing technology stack (MAP, CRM, ABM tools, data orchestration, attribution, analytics) and drive consolidation, integrations, and optimization.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows, nurture programs, and lifecycle tracks.
  • Manage and optimize email deliverability, domain reputation, send thresholds, and compliance.
  • Partner with Rev Ops and IT on data synchronization, field mapping, and integration integrity between systems.
  • Ensure systems scale with growth, reduce manual work, and support automation and personalization.
  • Develop and socialize Marketing KPI frameworks from engagement to conversion.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to operationalize multi‑channel GTM campaigns.
  • Build and maintain multi‑touch attribution dashboards using BI tools.
  • Support functional leads with the management and tracking of the marketing budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Lead the MQL→SAL→SQL→SQO funnel in partnership with Revenue Ops and Sales leadership.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or Performance Marketing.
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Hockey Stack, Reach Desk, Outreach, Zoom Info, 6sense and other inbound and outbound reporting and automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems.
  • Track record of improving funnel conversion rates, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with Rev Ops, IT, Product, and Sales to execute scalable marketing systems and workflows.
  • Excellent project management, event operations, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Where You’ll Work
  • Loopio is a remote‑first workplace. HQ is in Canada with hubs in London and India. Most team members are based in ON and BC, working within 300 km of Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Flexible coworking locations are available for ON and BC. Remote options exist worldwide.
