Our Wireless Services client is looking for a fully remote Event + Marketing Coordinator to support their team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities- Coordinate event logistics from end to end
- Prepare event swag and digital assets
- Build event landing pages and run pre-event social media and Linked In campaigns
- Drive pre-event demand generation and registrations
- Support booth activations, demos, and on-site execution
- Manage post-event follow-up and ROI tracking
- Track leads and reporting in Zoho CRM
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or events
- B2B event marketing experience
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
