This position manages the company responses to request for proposals (RFPs), including design and layout of proposal decks, coordination with other departments involved in the RFP process, and other responsibilities related to RFP responses. Candidates for this position must be comfortable with strict, client-set deadlines. Candidates will be expected to improve the company’s RFP-response process, both administratively and visually, and help bring consistency to other presentation material within the sales process.

This position will also support the department’s other efforts and responsibilities.

This position does not require supervisory responsibilities currently.

This job operates primarily in a home office environment but some travel is required.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This position may require up to 5% travel to trade shows, project sites, etc., including international travel.
