• Formulate the local marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing Manager.
• Consolidate territory priorities with the NE commercial team, focusing on Germany's unique market needs.
• Collaborate with industry associations and networks to enhance reach to target audiences.
• Work with the wider marketing community to optimize campaign performance and support annual planning.

• 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns within a Medical Device/IVD or healthcare context.
• Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience working in a large global matrix organization.
• Proficient in managing marketing budgets.
