We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead retail media campaigns in the Amazon Ads Ecosystem. This role is part of Kepler's Optimization and Innovation team, a fast‑moving group of media traders and strategic thinkers.
Base pay range$85,000 – $105,000 per year

THE TEAMKepler's Optimization and Innovation team specializes in Amazon advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP) and emerging retail media networks such as Walmart Connect and Target Roundel. Team members blend platform‑level optimization with macro marketing trends, data privacy and retail media strategy.
THE ROLEAs a Retail Media Manager, you will lead and inspire a small team of optimization analysts, build client relationships, and develop innovative solutions that improve campaign performance.
What You Will Do- Serve as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for retail media within the e‑commerce team for senior client contacts.
- Manage 3–5 Optimization & Innovation Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
- Oversee activation in Criteo for campaigns across supported retailers.
- Provide guidance on campaign design, testing frameworks, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Media Analytics team to deliver reporting and actionable insights.
- Work with the Client Solutions team to translate client goals into platform strategies and communicate insights.
- Document and share best practices, retail media POVs, and optimization frameworks across teams.
- 3–5+ years of retail media experience, including hands‑on execution in Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP.
- Hands‑on experience activating retail media through Criteo.
- Experience managing and developing a team of 2+ direct reports.
- Experience managing large product catalogs (ASIN or item‑level).
- Familiarity with Pacvue, Skai or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Creativity in solving analytic challenges.
- Dynamic communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to self‑manage, juggle priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to contribute to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000.
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($4,250 – $5,250).
