Transformation Communications Lead Engagement

Wir suchen Sie als Manager Transformation Communications (m/w/d) in Taufkirchen.

• Set up and drive Transformation communications strategy, plan and narrative on leadership and employee level
• Liaise with and act as strategic adviser to the UK senior management team when it comes to engaging transformation communications
• Design, plan and moderate engaging communications formats with a focus on change communications
• Create compelling written and visual communications in cooperation with content creation teams and designers
• Prepare and moderate dialogue communications formats such as Airbus Lives on transformation
• Advise members of the transformation team
• Connect and engage with internal audiences by animating employee communication channels (Hub/Intranet, Dialogue Formats, Airbus TV, Mass Mail, Corporate Posters, etc.),bringing the transformation communications strategy and narrative to life
• Organize workshops to ease the collaboration with the different stakeholders when needed
• Plan and drive dialogue events related to the AD transformation
  
  Generate engaging content for internal communication channels, i.e. text, articles, emails,infographics, videos etc. in cooperation with the internal content team and external agencies
• Liaise closely with the Head of Transformation. Head of Change Management, Head of Internal Communications
• Represent change communications in respective steering committees

  Result Deployment Office (RDO)
• Provide and analyze audience- and content-related Key Performance Indicators to support decision-making, channel animation, planning and continuous improvement
• May include traveling to sites in Spain, Germany, France and the UK in support of wider internal communications activities

• Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften : mindestens Diplom / Master

• MS-Office : mindestens detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse

• Change Management : mindestens sehr gute Kenntnisse
• Projektmanagement : mindestens sehr gute Kenntnisse

• Deutsch : mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Englisch : mindestens verhandlungssicher

• Experience in communications, preferably in an industrial and international environment or communications consulting/agency 10+ years
• Experience in employee communications, connecting and engaging with different internal audiences, i.e. leadership, white-collar and blue-collar employees 10+ years
• Experience in change communications 5+ years

• Audience-centric thinking, keeping needs of target groups in mind
• Excellent and proven writing skills
• Experience in providing senior advice and support to senior management community
• Engaging, curious and open-minded personality
• May include traveling to sites in Spain, Germany, France and the UK in support of wider internal communications activities
