• Design and execute high-impact B2B performance marketing strategies
• Manage multichannel campaigns across Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and industry platforms
• Build and optimize large-scale lead-generation funnels
• Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value accounts
• Implement marketing automation for long sales cycles
• Optimize paid campaigns with annual budgets over $500K
• Lead SEO and Local SEO strategies across multiple locations
• Create analytics dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership
• Support M&A growth initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing (USA BASED)
• Advanced English
• Experience managing large budgets and complex sales cycles
• Strong command of Hub Spot (required); experience with Marketo or Emfluence is a plus
• Expertise in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and advanced SEO
• Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
• Experience with multi-location businesses and Local SEO (nice to have)
