This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in marketing & web agency project coordination, client success, or marketing operations.

• Keep marketing and web projects organized, on track, and moving forward
• Build timelines, assign tasks, follow up on deadlines (nicely!)
• Support smooth launches and celebrate wins with the team

• Be the friendly first point of contact for clients
• Reply to emails, Asana updates, coordinate Zoom calls, and keep everyone in the loop

• Understand client goals and help ensure we’re delivering strong results
• Spot opportunities to improve the client experience

• Assist with campaign coordination, content planning, and light content edits
• Help organize assets and keep projects flowing between clients and creatives
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and creative leads
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and bring positive energy

• Are legally authorized to work in Canada
• Have 2–4 years of experience in project management, client success, marketing coordination, or agency work
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Thrive on organization, follow-ups, and keeping multiple projects moving
• Enjoy working with clients and creative teams
• Are resourceful, curious, and solution-focused
• Are comfortable using tools like Asana, Dropbox, Zoom and more
• Want flexible freelance-style autonomy while still being part of a team
• Bonus if you have experience coordinating marketing campaigns or supporting Word Press website projects or you're excited to learn how agency web builds work from start to launch.
