Affiliate Marketing Associate; Part-Time

Sky Blue Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Associate (Part-Time) to support the growth of our in-house affiliate marketing program.

This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing. The role will begin as part-time (20–25 hours per week depending on availability) and has a clear growth path into a full-time Affiliate Manager position for the right candidate.

This position is part of the Marketing team and works closely with leadership to expand, onboard, and support affiliate partners.

The Affiliate Marketing Associate will support outreach, onboarding, communication, and performance tracking for new and existing affiliate partners. You will play a key role in helping us grow and nurture relationships that drive measurable revenue results.

This is a hands‑on learning opportunity with exposure to affiliate marketing strategy, performance reporting, and digital campaign optimization.

• Assist in identifying and researching potential new affiliate partners
• Support outreach efforts to prospective affiliates (email, phone, Linked In, etc.)
• Help onboard new affiliate partners into our program
• Maintain regular communication with existing affiliates
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling KPI reports
  
  Monitor affiliate links and promotional placements
• Support optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and affiliate platforms
• Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed

This role is designed to grow into a full-time Affiliate Manager position where responsibilities may expand to:

• Independently sourcing and closing new affiliate partnerships
• Negotiating partnership agreements
• Managing affiliate budgets
• Driving revenue growth through strategic partner development

• Interest in digital marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Link Trust, Everflow) is a plus
• Basic understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, or revenue-share models is a plus
