Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Account Manager, based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work.

The Ecommerce Account Manager will:

  • Manage and grow ecommerce client accounts, particularly on Tik Tok Shop and/or Shopee
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize ecommerce campaigns to drive GMV and ROI
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal creative, media, and production teams to align content with commerce goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting, communication, and strategic reviews
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Qualifications
  • Proven hands‑on experience managing ecommerce accounts on Tik Tok Shop and/or Shopee
  • Strong understanding of platform mechanics including ads, affiliate programs, live commerce, and content‑driven conversion
  • Experience in ecommerce management, client account management, and campaign execution
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content optimization, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Tik Tok, Shopee, Lazada and other ecommerce tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
