About the Role:
Our client, a leading influencer marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking a Head of Personal Branding to drive and manage the personal brand of the Founder and CEO. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content strategy, with a proven portfolio of personal brands transformed through creative storytelling and strategic execution. You will lead a team of two and work in a results-driven, globally minded environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of personal branding initiatives for the Founder and CEO across You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
- Manage and mentor a team of two, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output across platforms.
- Develop and optimise content based on in-depth knowledge of social media algorithms to maximise reach and engagement.
- Build and implement influencer marketing strategies, including collaborations, content partnerships, and community growth.
- Analyse audience data, content performance, and engagement metrics to continuously refine branding strategies.
- Present case studies and a portfolio of successful personal branding projects, highlighting metrics and tangible results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, viral strategies, and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in social media platforms:
You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tik Tokincluding how each algorithm works for viral content. - Strong portfolio with clear examples of personal brands you have transformed, including growth metrics and results.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry.
- Ability to clearly name, discuss, and benchmark against leading personal brands in influencer marketing.
- Excellent content strategy, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Team management or leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth digital agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Open to candidates based anywhere; remote working is fully supported.
