** We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the core of our digital growth engine, driving measurable results across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to keep our setup state-of-the-art.

** Your Mission
*** Independently design, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube, Facebook & Instagram Ads)
* Conduct ongoing analysis and data-driven optimization with a focus on key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CLV, revenue)
* Test campaign setups, creatives, and ad copies with a clear performance focus
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and with teams such as Brand Management, IT/Data, and CRM
* Contribute to the development of tracking and attribution models (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4)
* Monitor trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure our setup remains cutting-edge
** What You Bring
*** Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business, or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operational performance marketing
* Deep expertise in Google Ads (SEA, Shopping, You Tube) and Meta Ads – setups, structures, scaling
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
* Proven track record of scaling and optimizing performance campaigns
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with a true passion for performance marketing – you’re a real ‘Paid Media Nerd’
** Nice to Have
*** Experience with additional paid channels (e.g., Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Affiliate Marketing)
* Basic knowledge in creative topics such as ad copy strategies or creative testing
* Experience working in mail order, fashion, or e-commerce environments
