* SUMMARY
* Dominion Media Corp. (part of DLCG Mortgage Group) is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Quebec. This role will support Dominion Lending Centres and Mortgage Architects, and is pivotal in driving our brand presence throughout Quebec by collaborating with the national marketing team to adapt and develop resources, communications, social media, and events in both English and French.

Accountabilities include managing QC’s marketing channels, assisting with content creation and translation, overseeing regional events, and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.

* KEY TASKS
* * Localization:
* Work closely with the national marketing team to adapt (or “Quebecify”) all marketing resources, communication, and social media content for the Quebec market in both English and French.

* Social Media Engagement:
* Manage Quebec-specific social media channels, curate engaging content, and monitor performance to build our local online presence.

* Content Creation & Translation:
* Assist in the translation of materials and creation of new marketing resources that resonate with the Quebec audience.

* Intranet Management:
* Oversee the Quebec section of the company intranet, ensuring all content and resources are current and accessible.

* Event Coordination:
* Collaborate with the national events manager to plan and execute regional events in Quebec, ensuring the fulfillment of all event agreements and alignment with corporate objectives.

* Budget Management:
* Manage marketing budgets for Quebec initiatives, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.

* Collaboration:

* Act as a liaison between the Quebec team and national marketing, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.

* SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Bilingual Proficiency (English and French):
Essential for adapting marketing materials, translating content, and effectively engaging with Quebec’s audience across all channels.

Cultural Sensitivity and Localization Expertise:
Crucial for tailoring campaigns and resources to resonate with the unique preferences and cultural nuances of the Quebec market.

Social Media Savvy:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends to curate engaging content, build local presence, and monitor channel performance effectively.

Content Creation & Copywriting

Skills:

Ability to create compelling marketing materials that reflect the brand’s voice while appealing to Quebec’s audience.

Project Management:
Skills in managing multiple initiatives such as events, budgets, and intranet updates, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Event Planning and Coordination:
Expertise in planning and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Budgeting and Analytical Thinking:
Competence in managing budgets, analyzing expenditures, and implementing cost-effective strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between the Quebec team and the national marketing team, maintaining consistent branding and messaging.

* EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
* Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.

 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on regional marketing.

 Strong project management skills, with experience in event planning and execution.

 Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Bonus:

* COMPENSATION
* We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, starting at $65,000/year.

Primary location:
Our office in Laval, QC with flexible work from home options

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
