• Lead and develop a team, establishing performance expectations aligned with consultative sales behaviors and revenue outcomes
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment by mentoring team members in consultative marketing expertise
• Drive the adoption of consultative selling practices and operational excellence within the team
• Analyze product and service performance trends to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer value propositions
• Engage with dealers and internal stakeholders to identify and optimize marketing solutions while monitoring program performance

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, including leading and coaching a team of sales associates
• Experience in Direct Marketing and implementing marketing plans preferred
• Proficient in reading and comprehending complex documents
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences

• Experience in auto service marketing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
• Proven ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans
