GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

We seek an Integrated Marketing Account Manager for our growing Account team. Our Account team balances client needs with our team’s ambition to push the envelope strategically and creatively in ways that disrupt, surprise, and delight our target audiences. You will orchestrate a cross-functional team to take on diverse client projects, ranging from integrated campaigns to brand-level communications, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, experiential activations, new business pitches, and more.

• You must have experience leading client engagement across 360 retainer relationships
• We primarily work in integrated marketing, so we require our account managers to have a background in doing account work at an integrated marketing agency
• A love for video games is very important in this role
• This role allows for remote work; however, candidates must live on the West Coast

• Partner with strategy, creatives, production, and finance to coordinate and execute integrated campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Understand and communicate the client’s perspective, challenges, and industry to the team.
• Communicate daily with clients to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Participate in crucial client meetings, including presentations and briefings.
• Organize and run status meetings, following up on open items promptly.
• Oversee the delivery of campaign deliverables and manage the approval process.

• 2+ years of experience at an advertising agency required
• Experience leading client engagement across 360 retainers – this is required
• Experience with in the gaming space is preferred; prior integrated marketing agency experience is essential
• A love of all things video games is important
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated strong writing and grammar
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative; approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic

Annual base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
