• Own and execute foundational programs that drive lead generation and improve pipeline efficiency across the Americas
• Develop and roll out repeatable "program kits" that include guidance and deliverables for consistent high-impact execution
• Centralize and streamline Pan-Americas programs, optimizing workflows based on stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate effective meetings, holding partners accountable for deliverables, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders
• Tailor program experiences and messaging for both practitioner and executive audiences to maximize engagement and conversion

• 7+ years managing events, with 5+ years in field marketing
• Experience executing a diverse mix of field programs, including in-person events, hands-on training, webinars, and more
• Proven ability to build new event programs from scratch, including documentation and cross-functional enablement
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on tying activities to strategic outcomes
• Familiarity with BI tools, SFDC, Asana, Swoogo, and Marketo is a plus

• Experience in B2B enterprise software environments
