Overview
Torch Light seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for our client, a DC-based national association. This role partners closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to lead integrated marketing programs supporting education offerings, events, products, and services. You will design and execute data-driven, go-to-market strategies that drive engagement, attendance, and revenue across diverse member audiences.
LocationHybrid role. Remote work permitted two days per week (Monday and Friday).

Contract opportunity, full-time 40 hours per week. Suite of benefits available.
Rate/Salary Range$48 to $54 per hour

- Serve as marketing program lead for education programs, events, products, and/or services, partnering with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and execute integrated, data-driven marketing plans and go-to-market strategies with clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Manage marketing initiatives end to end, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals
- Drive audience-focused, cross-channel campaigns using segmentation, personas, and market research
- Develop compelling marketing content across channels, including email, digital, social, print, and multimedia assets
- Track and analyze campaign performance, recommending optimizations to improve engagement, attendance, and revenue
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain proactive communication and alignment across internal teams
- 7+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in a large organization
- Proven experience marketing events, education programs, products, and/or services
- Strong background leveraging multiple channels (email, digital, print, social) to reach segmented audiences
- Experience using market research, data, and analytics to inform strategy and measure ROI
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and email marketing systems
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; writing test required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
