• Draft and edit various client-facing materials, including articles, emails, and presentations to ensure alignment with product positioning
• Serve as the main contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into clear marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with functional teams
• Create and update sales materials and playbooks to support sales teams
• Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries to recommend data-driven optimizations

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfort with collecting and organizing data for decision-making
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
