No Sweat is exploring a new offering and we’re looking to connect with senior South African Fractional Experts in advertising, marketing, and media.

This is not a full-time role. We’re testing the demand for experienced professionals who want to work part-time, on retainer, or on a project basis, supporting local and international businesses that need senior expertise without long-term commitment.

This is a remote position.

• Optimises internal processes, workflows, and delivery models
• Improves efficiency across teams, suppliers, and partners
• Supports scaling, resourcing, budgeting, and operational planning

Creative & Content

• Fractional Creative Director
• Fractional Head of Content / Content Strategist
• Fractional Social Media Strategist / Lead

Digital, Media & Performance

• Fractional Head of Digital / Digital Strategy Lead
• Fractional Media Director / Planner
• Fractional Analytics / Performance Expert

Experience, Communications & Delivery

• Fractional CX / UX Lead
• Fractional PR / Communications Lead
• Fractional Project / Account Lead

• Senior, specialist expertise delivered fractionally
• Flexible engagements: part-time, project-based, or advisory
• South African talent supporting local and offshore clients

• 10+ years senior-level experience in your field
• Proven strategic and executional impact
• Comfortable working independently with leadership teams
• Clear communication, accountability and professionalism
