• Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with core product positioning
• Engage with business insurance stakeholders to gather objectives and translate them into clear marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales teams
• Track campaign KPIs and provide insights for performance optimization

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance or property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
