• Create and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with core product positioning
• Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into clear marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with functional marketing teams
• Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support the sales team
• Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
