• Create and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, case studies, and web copy
• Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, gathering inputs and translating them into marketing strategies
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Develop and update sales materials and playbooks to aid sales teams
• Track campaign performance, compile summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data insights

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and organization to support decision-making
