• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty
• Strong ability to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to collect and organize data for decision-making
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
