You will work on reputation management initiatives across platforms including Reddit, Wikipedia, and various content channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable diving into data, crafting compelling copy, and developing strategic recommendations for clients facing complex online reputation challenges.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically and execute tactically, with a passion for understanding how online ecosystems work and how to navigate them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis
  • Conduct competitive and landscape analysis to inform reputation strategies
  • Pull, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to track reputation metrics and campaign performance
  • Develop reports that clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry trends
Technical Execution
  • Use analytics and monitoring tools to track reputation signals and measure impact
  • Support SEO and content initiatives with technical analysis and optimization
  • Assist with data collection, automation, and reporting processes
Requirements What We're Looking For

We want someone who is curious, resourceful, and can think on their feet. The ideal candidate understands that reputation management requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, and is excited to work across the full spectrum.

As part of our interview process, we will present a scenario-based exercise to see how you approach a real-world reputation challenge.

Qualifications
